How do I save Multi-Monitor desktop settings?

Hello everyone...

I just switched from Arch/KDE to Kubuntu and now I am realizing the problem I've been having is with KDE specifically. I have 3 monitors, two 1920x1080p side monitors, and a 3440x1440 center monitor. This is all outputting from DVI/VGA/HDMI connections from my mobo (i7-4790K iGPU) and I have set the necessary bios features for supporting triple display. After setting up custom panels/widgets and arranging my monitors, I restart my PC, then... I have to spend about 2 minutes unlocking and resizing panel/widgets, setting my monitors in the correct positions, dragging panels/widgets back to correct locations, the issue seems resolved until the next reboot. Also on login, I am always presented with a screen asking me to "Extend Left/Right, Mirror, etc"

I thought about posting this to KDE boards, but will try here first, as I am choosing Kubuntu for user friendliness since this PC is my primary in an all Windows environment. Googling keeps leading me to using xrandr and all sorts of commands, and this shouldn't be that hard. Lastly I've used GNOME and XFCE and both have 0 issues with saving settings.
